We specialise in Procurement, Design, Management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage Underground Electricity Networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators ( DNO's). Electricity Asset Services has over 40 years combined experience.
Our company is looking for two Office Admin Assistants to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties.
Requirements -
• Minimum 2 years in office admin role.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Proficient user in all Microsoft office applications.
• Exceptional customer services skills and effective communication both verbally and written.
The roles are offered part-time and will have a competitive salary.
